Carl Jung
Did you know that Carl Jung's theories are the basis of the Myers Briggs Personality Assessment? He considered "individuation" a journey of transformation, and a psychological process necessary for full integration of the whole personality into an Authentic Self. In the book, The Practice of Psychotherapy, Jung said "inviduation is an "at-one-ment" with oneself, and at the same time with humanity, since oneself is a part of humanity."
