Today's Picture to Ponder Photo
Roxburgh Figs and Fig Tree in the Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo, FL
According to one source, this fig tree is an "evergreen to semi-deciduous, spreading, large shrub or small tree reaching 25 feet tall and as wide." Its fruit is not edible.
Self-Reflecting Queries
The west coast of Florida -
Cloudless sunrises and sunsets,
Dramatic reflections in plate glass windows,
Sandcastles and pelicans...
All images from my short vacation with a friend.
In my camera and downloaded to my computer,
They all say something...
Well many do.
And the figs were the most unusual, for me,
The most compelling, as I selected photos for today.
Be it the roundness, the fullness, the contrasting textures.
It matters not.
It's what is.
I invite you to look at what images and/or situations in your life are new to you. Are there any compelling you to act in some usual, or unusual (for you) way? If so, why not play with them, as I played with words in the format today.
As always, have fun with this.
