Today's Picture to Ponder Photos
Canna flowers in the water at Wakodahatchee Wetlands
It always surprises me when I find in the water what look like "land" flowers from my Northeast US years. Thus I took several photos of these a few weeks ago.
Self-Reflecting Queries
I found myself feeling very uninspired today by any of the hundreds of photos I glanced quickly through for this issue. The one pair I chose, I rejected after inserting them on this page.
A part of me kept saying, "Forget it," and then there was the other voice that kept reminding me that I say in the Picture to Ponder header, "twice-weekly. So do that to which you have committed."
I finally selected these three. Given I had had an enlivened response when I first saw them, I'll assume that they will also evoke a response in some of your.
There are features in each view that appeal to me.
In the process of stalling, I fell back on my familiar delaying tactics with countless trips to the kitchen, even after I made my photo choices! There still was the writing to do.
Ultimately, I completed what I set out to do simply because I kept taking action.
Do you have old, familiar patterns for
dealing with that which you call your "obligations?" What, if any, upgrading have you done? Do you have a system, or systems, in place to lock the upgrades in place for when you need them?
I'd love to hear from you on this by your posting on the blog. If the latter is a challenge for you, feel free to write to me stating, "Please post on the blog," and I will enter it for you in your name.
Please do remember to create fun with this.
For coaches and others who are interested
in using
a camera to experience a nourishing, inspiring telecourse that will open up your world and, at the same time, have openings spill over into your clients' worlds.
If you have not already done so, get the complimentary Changing Perspectives - PDF 1 download. You will then receive follow-up information on the call, as well as other impactful, intemittent PDFs.
Those of you already on the list you will be receiving call-in details for the Through and From the Lens intro teleclass being held on Monday, June 11 at 8:00 PM EDT.
