TODAY'S PHOTO -
orange-yellow hibiscus with a pink center.
It was the hot pink in the center of this flower that had me run to the car to get my camera. I, of course, shot many pictures from several viewpoints. To me there is a subtleness, or quirkiness, to the flower shown above, as it looks to its side.
I also love the delicacy of the petals. This really becomes apparent while looking closely at the flower
and even more so when viewed on the computer monitor.
SELF-REFLECTING QUERIES -
I've noticed that the initial attraction factor in both today's and Friday's photo (the "kissing leaves") was the pink in both images. Interestingly it was in the center in both.
Are you aware of what catches your attention when you see something? Color? Texture? Size? What about when you hear something? The words? The tones? What else?
In addition to the above, you might want to reflect on some of the questions below. In the process of developing marketing materials for the upcoming Photo/Creativity teleclasses I ask a wide range of them.
As you think about the questions, I invite you to reflect further. What is it for you that creates a "state" change when you might be in any of the places mentioned in the first list.
For me the answer is taking a walk with my camera and sometimes writing.
PHOTO/CREATIVITY TELECLASSES - starting April 25 or April 26
where a limited number of participants will be meeting by telephone, on a conference line, to discuss and share photographs and new ways of viewing their worlds. This is not a technical course and, although it will help, a camera is not required to benefit from the sessions.See TELECLASSES.
Are you:
Feeling sluggish?
In the doldrums?
Overworked?
Stressed out?
Stuck in communicating with someone?
Open to seeing things you’ve never seen before?
Do you:
Feel you could be seeing more with your camera?
Need a lift?
Are you interested in:
Feedback on the impact of your photos and what they say to others?
Are you open to:
Finding the miracles of your own vision?
Would you like to tap into it?
Get excited?
Past participants have stated that the four sessions of Photo/Creativity provided a miraculous journey for them. Is this for you?
If your answer was "yes" to any of the above questions, I invite you to check the information on Photo/Creativity. See TELECLASSES.
