TODAY'S PHOTO -
canteloupe cubes resting in a ceramic dish that I made many
years ago.
Instead of referring you to my other blog, as I did yesterday,
I am bringing you directly one of the other canteloupe photos
I took after writing on the Juicy Canteloupe.
For today, I will not elaborate on what
Sam and I saw experienced as we viewed all the pictures I had
taken. I leave this totally to you, not "colored"
by our thoughts. The importance of the whole experience for
me is what evolved from it, including the article I completed
and then read for you on the new audio program I am testing.

SELF-REFLECTING QUERIES -
from the above-mentioned article and quite similar to yesterday's
queries-
When you are in the depths of emotions,
how do you express yourself? For me, when I am conscious of
them I go to words and when I am out and being in the moment,
it's my camera. In the past, it's taken form in clay, jewelry, acrylics
and water color painting.
Again, I invite you to look at what works best for you. Capture
it. Keep it. Remember to use it, particularly when you are
in the midst of an emotional state where this form of expression
will best serve you.
As I ponder my own query and what's been going on with me recently,
I've decided that I am going to put a large piece of paper and
a marker out on my dining room table. I will go there the next
time my anger bursts forth and see what comes out. How about
you?
