not be very Web savvy - Any WORD or SERIES OF WORDS

you see a hand when your mouse moves over a word or photo,
it is a link. As an example, see the new photo in signature

yet? Remember that there are REWARDS for 3 selected respondents

Thanks to those of you you have already
submitted yours. It would be most helpful and affirming to hear
from many more of you before the Thursday midnight deadline.

TODAY'S PHOTO -
a dog on a neighborhood walk at night with his owner, the leash
respresenting the owner.
This unaltered "portrait," heightened by the dark background,
was unplanned and spontaneous. The black background happens to
be the street, which as a result of the flash and it's being night,
turned out in this dramatic way.
"Why a dog today?" some of you may be asking. Among
the requests on the surveys submitted, thus far, was one asking
for "more animal photos, in addition to birds." I am
now making an assumption that others of you might like the same
thing, which presents an interesting challenge for me.
I am embarrassed to publicly admit that animals have not been
a segment of Nature to which I've been particularly drawn in the
past. Any of the photographs I have taken have been because of
something that caught my attention - a mood to which I respond
(knowing I'm the one that's imagining that mood); a thought, like
"cute"; or an "artistic" response, particularly
to textures.
The first Zoo Animal photo I took was of a Rhino in the San Diego
Zoo. What had me take the photo, in the first place, was noticing
how the textures of the animal were repeated in its environment.
For my enhanced version of that photo, see RHINO'S
BUTT.
So, reflecting on my "truth", what might be the inquiry,
or pondering, for today and this week? How about noticing things
to which you ordinarily would not pay attention, perhaps things
you think that you don't like? What is it in that object or situation
that you now can claim as something you can appreciate?
Have fun with this.

here you are mentioning it again in #101.! Synchronicity...:)))"

"Happy 100th Issue, Sheila. CONGRATULATIONS! It would
have been lovely to see you on the photo too! :) Looking forward
to the 200th issue!!!." I responded directly to Roma,
sending her the link to my ABOUT
US on naturesplayground.com. Then I realized others of you
might be curious, also, so I'm now including a recent photo of
Sam and me at Wakodahatchee in my signature (below

This particular image invited me to a nice, comfortable zone.
The petals moved, and I felt for a moment as if I was transformed
to water. Maybe it's my pink fish [a personal
symbol] that gave me that lift and, if only for a moment,
submerged my mundane tasks to a peaceful place beneath the sea.
I haven't yet snorkeled, but I imagine that's how it might feel.
Moving more freely, drawn to the movements of plant life under
water."
Thank you both for your contributions to us all.
