LAST ISSUE'S IMAGE (ISSUE
#24) -
a blue-winged teal in Wakodahatchee Wetlands.
LAST ISSUE'S IMAGERY -
Recently, in Issue
17, we featured a green-winged teal and I thought I'd share
a blue-winged one this week. Note the blue under the wing. It's
amazing how the birds can bend and twist their necks when they
tend to themselves. Don't you agree?
I selected this
particular shot because I loved the overall flow and rhythm
in the bird, as well as the bright blue of the water. It also
gave me a chance to play, figuring that the image would stump
some of you.
For those of you who played the guessing game, I'm now including
a
different view. This time it is quite clear that the image
is a bird. The added green under the wing on this one, particularly,
intrigued me and sent me to google.com to verify that it was
a blue-winged teal.
TODAY'S IMAGE -
The setting on this one is what had me select it today.
Inspirationally,
Sheila
